Medium - 4.5 in. loop (11.43 cm)
Large - 6 in. loop (15.24 cm)
They come with plastic loop protectors that fit under the speed bag loop.
Made from paracord! It shortens the action of the swivel by decreasing the distance from the drum to the ball.
(Small/Standard hook is 1" long after installation.)
