I have been speed bagging for about 11 years, standard boxing style. This will change your speed bag game! I would not go back to the standard U-swivel. Thousand times recommend this product to anyone trying to step it up.
I started speed bagging a few months back with the cheapest bag/swivel I could find and a home made platform out of old plywood. I realized pretty quickly that I loved banging on the bag. After watching some of the Allen Kahn videos I knew it was time to upgrade if I wanted to attempt some “fancy bagging”
After a lot of research I decided this Thrasher House swivel fit the bill, and I could tell right away I’d only have to buy it once. This swivel will no doubt get passed down to my kids!
I have this swivel up and running. Fast and 360 bagging. I have used it with the steel core ball and also the stealth carbon ball. Long and short hooks. Whatever floats your boat. The swivel is solid, rebounds quick and sounds good if you are a beat drum bagger. So if you need it get it, at least give it a try. Keep on bagging. Rich
I bought mine last month, along with the T- hook I have to say this is my new favorite setup. I've used just about every swivel on the market through the many years I've had speed bags, and this is the best I've come across. Same bolt pattern as my old swivel so it was only a couple minute swap-out.
Through the years I've used a lot of different speed bags. This by far is the smoothest swivel I've used.
It's modular and have replacement parts.
